Manchester Critical Care Teams Step Inside Delirium Through VR
A new virtual reality (VR) learning project is helping staff better understand the experience of delirium, which affects up to three quarters of patients in critical care and can have a significant impact on recovery.
Through VR headsets and 360-degree, patient-led scenarios, the project brings to life how delirium can feel for patients, supporting earlier recognition and better clinical response.
